Position Summary

We are looking for some candidates for the position of Junior Executive - HR (Factory Compound)

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and selection procedures for workers, staff, and officers entail several steps.

  • Maintenance of the HR database involves data entry and record updates.

  • Issuing ID cards, increment letters, promotion letters, and transfer letters requires adherence to approved templates and policies.

  • Keeping a Bio-Metric database for insurance purposes involves securely storing biometric data.

  • Preparation and issuance of letters for outgoing workers necessitates proper documentation and clearance procedures.

  • Proper documentation of personal files and records of employees involves organizing and maintaining physical or electronic files.

  • Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding attendance reports, leave records, salary, and OT sheets requires meticulous record-keeping.

  • Preparation of salary sheets, pay slips, and bills involves accurate calculations and document generation.

  • Arranging training programs for workers and staff on various topics requires identifying training needs and designing relevant modules.

  • Proper documentation of meetings and training sessions involves recording key discussions and outcomes.

  • Dealing with disciplinary actions of employees entails enforcing company policies and conducting thorough investigations.

  • Handling compliance issues with buyers involves understanding their requirements and implementing corrective actions.

  • Other tasks assigned by management may include special projects or ad hoc requests.

  • Continuous improvement opportunities within the HR function should be identified and pursued.

     

    Qualification

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • BBA in HRM/ MGT from any reputed University like Dhaka University/BRAC/NSU;
  • Candidate's having Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM will be preferred;
  • Minimum CGPA in Graduation is 2.75 out of 4:00 and H.S.C & S.S.C is 4.00 out of 5:00 respectively

 

Additional Requirements

Age at least 24 years Both males and females are allowed to apply.

Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and result-oriented.

Excellent communication both in written and speaking in English.

Must be familiar with MS-Office.

Willing to stay beside Factory premises at own accord

Required Skills

  • MS Office(Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good at communication in English.

Required Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
