Position Summary

We are looking for some candidates for the position of Administrative Officer - Concern of City Group

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff members.

  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both electronic and physical documents.

  • Assist in HR-related functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and organizing employee events.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.

  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a keen attention to detail.

  • Support the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Monitor office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices in a timely manner.

  • Serve as a point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders, providing assistance and hospitality as needed.

  • Collaborate with IT support to address technical issues and ensure optimal functioning of office equipment and software.

Qualification

 

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration

 

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

  • Manufacturing (FMCG)

 

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar industry or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leave and government vacations as per company policy·
  • Office hour: From 10 am to 7 pm·
  • Workdays: Saturday to Thursday·
